We are so proud to offer local same-day delivery thanks to our amazing courier PDQ! We deliver throughout our normal business hours, which are: M-F 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm.
If you place an order within the last hour of our business hours, we will try our best to deliver it to you that night. If our courier happens to be busy during that last hour or you place an order after business hours, we will deliver it to you first thing the next business day!

Q: Where can you ship to?
A: Anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer local delivery to Downtown LA and surrounding areas.
Q: Why do I have to pay for shipping?
A: We are tiny. We don't have the negotiated rates that the big players have. We are and will continue to negotiate better rates for you. We promise.
Q: Why did I get a refund on the order I placed for frozen food?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship frozen food at the moment. The only option for frozen food is local delivery within the zip codes listed above. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
