What is Pet Project LA Local Delivery?

Pet Project LA offers delivery to your home or business in Downtown Los Angeles, within the boundaries of the map below.

Now delivering outside the freeway/L.A. River boundaries to Koreatown and Chinatown! We've added the following zip codes to our delivery area:

  • Koreatown: 90005
  • Little Tokyo: 90012
  • South Park: 90014, 90015, 90017
  • Westlake: 90057
  • Arts District: 90013, 90014, 90021, 90086

How do I use Pet Project LA Local Delivery?

Once you've finished shopping, use the Local Delivery Scheduler located on the Cart page to select a delivery window that works best for you. Then make sure you select the applicable Local Delivery shipping option during the checkout process. Please note that orders w/ Local Delivery requests from outside our Local Delivery Area will shipped via UPS w/ applicable shipping charges added. 

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely. Although it's more convenient and secure for you to order through our online store yourself, we will be happy to take your order over the phone if that is what you would prefer. Just call us at 213.688.7752 with your order. Please have your payment information (CC#, CSV code, & Billing Address) ready when you call.

Is there a delivery fee?

All Downtown deliveries are now FREE of charge!

When will I get my delivery?

Whenever you want! Use the Local Delivery Scheduler on the Cart page to set a delivery window time! Delivery windows are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. No deliveries can be scheduled for Sunday. Please note you must schedule your delivery at least one hour from the time you place your order. If you don't use the Local Delivery Scheduler before checkout, that's okay, we'll contact you to see when is best to deliver your order.

What if an item is out of stock?

Use our Out of Stock reminder to let you know when we restock your item via e-mail and/or text message!

I buy frozen products from you in-store. Are they available online for Local Delivery?

Yes! All raw and frozen items are now available online for Local Delivery!

Can I pick up my order at Pet Project, 548 S Spring St, 213.688.7752?

Yes, FREE parking is available to Pet Project LA customers! Just park in the lot next to our building and inform the attendant you are shopping at Pet Project LA. We'll give you a parking validation in-store good for 15 minutes. There’s no parking in front of the store, but if you want to just stop quickly and grab your order, please call ahead and we’ll bring your order out to the curb when you pull up.

If I chose to pick up my order, when will it be ready?

All orders for pick-up will be available no more than one hour after the order is placed online. Obviously, this is limited to our normal business hours, listed at the top of the page.

Can I still order online if I live outside your designated delivery area?

Of course, we ship outside our Local Delivery area via UPS. You'll have to pay the shipping costs, though. You can also order online for In-Store Pick-Up w/ free parking!

Do I have to be home to take delivery?

No. Just leave any special instructions (Leave with security, entry code, etc.) for our delivery person in the ‘Special Instructions’ box on the Cart page.
